1. The (aforementioned) discounted rates can only be applied for bookings made through the ISTU 2021 secretariat.
2. Hotel reservations should be made by April 16, 2021. Room bookings and changes made after April 16 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.
3. All rates are quoted per room, per night and can only be reserved through the ISTU 2021 secretariat. Any changes in reservation must be explained in writing to the ISTU 2021 secretariat and not to the designated hotel.
4. Weekends (including Fridays) may have higher rates.
